By registering on this site, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. Freemeet reserves the right to expel a user if he is suspected of not being of the minimum age required.

Only one account per person is allowed. Any member with multiple accounts may have all their accounts deleted without any notice.
You agree not to enter false information into your account.
It is forbidden to share your account with one or more people.

Your profile

Your profile is designed to help you meet new people, find your soul mate, make new friends, find partners for activities, share passions and chat online. Anything that is not within this framework could be refused and lead to the deletion of the profile.

By creating your profile, you agree with the following:

You agree not to enter false information in your profile.
You agree not to publish an explicitly sexual description, obscene and discriminatory messages.
You agree not to publish an incomplete or inconsistent description.
You agree not to publish a provocative or controversial description.
You agree not to publish a commercial description that is intended to sell a product, recruit customers or partners for business.

You agree to create a profile of your gender and not the opposite sex. For example, if you are a man, you agree not to pretend to be a woman. Freemeet.net reserves the right to edit or delete, without notice, any profile that appears inappropriate.

Personal information

You consent to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by Freemeet. You also agree to receive promotional communications from Freemeet.

Your photos

By publishing a photo on the Freemeet website, you agree with the following:

You agree to publish real personal photos of yourself and not those of another individual.
You also undertake to appear clearly and be recognizable on your photos.
You agree not to publish photos for which you do not have copyright or use rights. For example: cartoons, celebrities, photos from a magazine or website.
You agree not to publish photos showing nudity, or anything obscene or inappropriate.
You agree not to publish photos showing the address of another website, an email, a company name, a telephone number, an address or other personal information.
You agree not to publish photos displaying weapons or anything related to violence. In addition, Freemeet reserves the right to delete, without notice, any photo that appears inappropriate.

Rules of conduct

You agree not to disclose information provided to you by other members unless they grant you the right to do so.
You agree not to disclose any information that is defamatory or that may in any way damage an individual's reputation.
You agree to have a single and unique identity on the site.
You agree to have and use a single pseudonym.
You agree not to impersonate a person of the opposite sex. For example, if you are a man, you agree not to pretend to be a woman.
You agree not to provide any personal information such as name, first name, address, telephone number and email.
You agree not to be rude, to hold racist or discriminatory proponents, to harass, threaten, mock or insult other members.
You agree not to solicit other members for any commercial reason. Whether to sell a product, recruit customers or partners for business.
You agree not to solicit members to send them to any external site.
You agree not to publish information that you know is false or misleading or that contains illegal activities.
You agree not to attempt to impersonate any other user or person.
You agree not to publish content that promotes or encourages any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructions about illegal activities, including, without limitation, the manufacture or purchase of illegal weapons, the violation of anyone's privacy and the dissemination or creation of computer viruses.
You agree not to publish content involving the transmission of spam, chain letters, unsolicited bulk mailings, instant messages, unwanted advertising messages or unsolicited mail.
You agree not to publish content that contains nudity.
You agree not to publish content that exploits people in a violent or sexual manner.

Liability of members

Members and visitors to this site are responsible for the messages they send, the content of their profile, the photos they publish or any other information they decide to transmit from or outside the site.

Members are also responsible for reporting and moderating any action that does not comply with the terms and conditions of this site.

Freemeet will in no way be held responsible for the messages, photos or actions of members and visitors on the site and outside the site. Consequently, you waive any claim from the Freemeet.net site and its administrators.

Warranty

Freemeet does not offer any guarantee as to the service it offers.
Freemeet does not guarantee that the site will be functional or accessible at all times.
Freemeet does not guarantee that this service will always be functional, that it will not contain a bug, that there will be no power failure, server failure, network failure, slowdown, email problem, blog problem or other.
Freemeet.net will not be held responsible if the site becomes unusable, data is lost, private or forum messages are lost, or if a member leaves the site or is deleted for any reason.
Freemeet.net does not guarantee that this site will allow anyone to meet someone, find love or develop a friendship.
Freemeet.net cannot guarantee that messages sent to moderators or administrators will be answered.
Freemeet.net cannot guarantee that the terms and conditions of this site will be respected by all users or visitors.

Deleting an account

Freemeet is a free site, the use of the site is not a right, but a privilege. Failure to comply with any of the rules could result in the permanent deletion of your account.

Freemeet reserves the right to delete an account for any other reason not mentioned in these terms and conditions and also reserves the right to delete an account without any notice or justification.

Freemeet.net reserves the right to ignore any request for account reactivation. Any user who protests against the deletion of a member may also have their account deleted from the site. Whether you are deleted or not, you state that you agree that you will not be able to retrieve your private messages.

Freemeet.net reserves the right, at its discretion, to delete or not the messages of a user who has been deleted or not.

Finally, whether or not your account is deleted, you waive any claim from the Freemeet.net site and its administrators.

Moderation

By using or visiting Freemeet.net, you acknowledge that it is in the very nature of the Internet to allow users to post their messages, sites, photos or other content instantly. Considering the fact that there are thousands of messages and photos published every day on the site, Freemeet.net cannot filter and control all content before it is published. Consequently, Freemeet.net cannot guarantee that all Internet users will respect the terms and conditions of the site.

In order to ensure that users of the site comply with the terms and conditions, you agree that it is your responsibility to moderate the site using the moderation tools in place. Under each photo, profile, and message, there is a "Report" link. If you realize that a member is not complying with any of the rules contained in the terms and conditions, you agree to use these links to report them. After a few denunciations, a photo, a message or a user could be automatically deleted from the site.

Modification

Freemeet may at any time, without notice, change the terms and conditions if necessary. In such a case, you will be informed by email or directly by the site. After that, if you choose to continue using our services, you are automatically in agreement with the changes to the terms and conditions.
