These terms cover paid Premium subscriptions and credit packs purchased from FREEMEET LIMITED. Purchases require a personal account and the minimum age specified in the Terms of Use. The offer and conditions displayed before payment form part of the contract.

Premium provides the benefits described in the selected offer for the purchased period. Only the features displayed before purchase are included. A subscription does not guarantee visits, replies or matches. Essential free features remain available without a purchase.

A credit pack is a one-time purchase, without automatic renewal. The number of credits and any bonus are displayed before payment and added to the purchasing account after payment verification.

Credits pay for the optional features offered in the shop. Their cost in credits is shown before use and deducted from your balance when activated. Credits are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money, subject to statutory refund rights.

Purchased credits have no expiry date while your account remains active. Buying credits does not activate a Premium subscription; buying Premium does not include credits unless expressly stated in the offer.

The total price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period and any promotion are displayed before payment. The confirmed price applies to the order. Payments use the secure provider offered at checkout. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees.

Review the selected offer, total price and these terms before confirming a payment obligation. Keep the payment confirmation and order reference. A failed or unverified payment does not activate the purchase.

Premium or credits are made available after payment verification, normally within a few minutes. If activation is missing, contact billing support with your order reference before purchasing again.

A recurring subscription renews for the billing period and at the renewal price disclosed before payment, unless cancelled before the next renewal. Promotions apply only for the period indicated in the offer. Any price change is notified in accordance with applicable law.

You can stop future renewals from your account subscription settings or the payment provider management portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not itself refund that period; statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain applicable.

For purchases billed by Google Play or another app store, use its subscription management and refund procedures. These terms do not restrict your statutory rights.

Where consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason.

Notify [email protected] or the postal address above before the deadline, using the form below or any clear statement. Include your account email, purchase date and order reference.

Immediate activation does not automatically remove this right. If you expressly request early performance, only the proportionate amount for service already supplied may be due where legally permitted. Any exception requires all statutory conditions, including separate express consent and acknowledgment where required.

When withdrawal applies, reimbursement is made within 14 days of notification using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed without fees. Access and credits relating to a refunded purchase are removed, subject to applicable law.

Paid digital services benefit from applicable statutory conformity rights. Report missing credits, incorrect billing or a service that does not match the offer to billing support. You may be entitled to correction, a proportionate price reduction or termination and reimbursement under applicable law. These rights are not excluded by these terms.

Use requires internet access and a compatible, up-to-date browser or supported app. Connection costs are your responsibility. Maintenance or incidents may temporarily interrupt access; contact support for a persistent problem. Mandatory guarantees and liability rights remain applicable.

Deleting your account prevents use of its Premium benefits and credit balance. Check your subscription cancellation before deletion. Suspension for a breach of the Terms of Use may restrict paid features, but does not automatically remove statutory refund or complaint rights.

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. These sales terms supplement our Terms of use. Accepting the Terms of Use alone does not constitute consent to waive a right of withdrawal.

Irish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable consumer law; these terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction on Irish courts.

Send complaints to [email protected]. If unresolved, you may seek an available consumer dispute resolution body or the competent courts under applicable law.

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase. You may also send any unambiguous statement.
